The interior is designed in elegant grey, beige and brown colours combined with the natural finishings creating a homely atmosphere. Four of five bedrooms has it's own bathrooms, two of them has their own bath tubs to other ones quality showers.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV.
Next to the main terrace there is a large dining table for six people in the open plan kitchen overlooking the pool. Outside you can enjoy spectacular views from the terraces where you can relax on sun loungers.
In the small patio you can have a coffee sitting at the table or play ping-pong to relax and unwind. This villa is fully air-conditioned, has a utility room with washing machine, ironing board etc and an internal garage for two cars.
This villa can accommodate up to 10 persons.
We don’t accept unaccompanied groups under 30 years old.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival in cash.
Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
Please be aware that we do not allow any kind of parties and celebrations at the villa, our complex is a residential complex where people value their tranquility. If you do not agree with our rules we will be happy to accept cancellation during 24 hours from the moment of the booking.
