Step outside to a magnificent heated swimming pool measuring 7.0 × 3.2 × 1.5–1.7 meters, equipped with a modern automatic cleaning system for crystal-clear water.
A technician visits every Saturday for regular maintenance and inspection.
Pool heating is included in the price all year round, except:
June & September: optional (€20/day)
July & August: heating not available
The average water temperature ranges between 26–28°C, ensuring comfort for all swimmers.
Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers and a dining area, perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars.
A barbecue area and a back terrace with comfortable lounge furniture provide ideal spaces to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with a sunset drink.
Ground Floor – Social Living
The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, stove, refrigerator, and complete kitchenware.
The living room offers two inviting sofas and a TV, creating a warm atmosphere for gatherings.
On this level, you’ll also find two bedrooms, each tastefully decorated, and two modern bathrooms — one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Both bedrooms open directly onto the charming inner patio with relaxing outdoor furniture.
Lower Level – Comfort & Entertainment
Upon entering the villa, you’ll find a spacious private garage with room for two cars. This level also features a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and drying rack.
For leisure, guests can enjoy a ping-pong table and a small lounge area with a TV.
Two more bedrooms are located here — one with a king-size bed and another with twin beds — along with a bathroom featuring a bathtub and double sink.
A unique indoor patio adds a cosy, tranquil atmosphere to this floor.
First Floor – Tranquillity with a View
The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a double shower and access to a private terrace offering stunning sea and mountain views, furnished with elegant garden furniture and sun loungers.
A second bedroom with a double bed is also located on this floor.
Amenities & Comfort
Every bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and mirror for your convenience.
The villa includes individual air-conditioning units in all rooms and Wi-Fi receivers on each floor, ensuring strong, stable coverage throughout the property and outdoor spaces.
Two hairdryers are provided for guest use.
Guests receive a set of three towels per person (bath, hand, and beach towel), along with fresh bed linen.
Baby cots and safety stair gates are available upon request (extra charge).
Please note that the elevator is out of service for technical reasons.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival in cash.
Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
Please be aware that we do not allow any kind of parties and celebrations at the villa, our complex is a residential complex where people value their tranquility. If you do not agree with our rules we will be happy to accept cancellation during 24 hours from the moment of the booking.
