The classic colour combination of white, red and black in the interior is delicately mixed with the neutral shades of beige and gray in the bedrooms which makes the villa very homely, following through with bright colours in the nursery. Most bedrooms have a private bathrooms with access to one of the terraces or the patio, incorporating total privacy and plenty of space within three floors.
From the top terraces you can enjoy the magnificent ocean views and appreciate true beauty of the island, including one of the most exclusive shopping centres, 'Plaza del Duque'.
On the main terrace you can find a heated swimming pool, sun deck lounge area with comfortable chairs, a soft seating and dining area, ample for four people and barbecue area. The living room is located on the main floor comprising of a comfortable sofa, TV, dining room with a fully equipped American-style kitchen and bar. A further two bedrooms and two bathrooms can also be found on this floor. The top floor comprises of a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with access to a big sun terrace and children’s bedroom with a bunk bed. On the ground floor there is a recreation area with a pool table, allowing great entertainment. There is also a utility room and another room housing the washing machine and two further bedrooms. This complex is fitted with TV, WIFI access and air conditioning throughout ensuring maximum comfort. As this property is in high demand we recommend that you book in advance.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival in cash.
Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
