This villa has five bedrooms two on each floor with the master bedroom on the top floor. There are bathtubs in two of the bathrooms and showers in the two remaining. You can enjoy the picturesque views of the mountains and sea from the upper terraces. Outside you can find a cozy gazebo for relaxing on the comfortable sofa. The dining area for eight people is located alongside the pool for those perfect enjoyable meals. The living room on the ground floor is an open-plan, incorporating a sofa and TV with a kitchen and further dining area for six people. The design of this villa is very spacious, making it comfortable for larger groups, villa is air-conditioned throughout, has a ping-pong table for entertainment, utility room and internal garage for two cars.
This villa can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children.
We don’t accept unaccompanied groups under 30 years old.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival in cash.
Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
Please be aware that we do not allow any kind of parties and celebrations at the villa, our complex is a residential complex where people value their tranquility. If you do not agree with our rules we will be happy to accept cancellation during 24 hours from the moment of the booking.
