You can really enjoy the breathtaking mountain and sea views from all terraces or take a coffee in the back terrace sitting at the lounge chairs.
The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom can be found on the first floor which has access to the terrace and a further bedroom.
In the living room on the ground floor there is a ping-pong table for entertainment. On this floor there are two more bedrooms, bathroom, utility and laundry room.
Villa has an internal garage housing space for two cars and an adjustable temperature air conditioning system throughout the villa.
This villa can accommodate up to 12 persons.
We don’t accept unaccompanied groups under 30 years old.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival in cash.
Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
Please be aware that we do not allow any kind of parties and celebrations at the villa, our complex is a residential complex where people value their tranquility. If you do not agree with our rules we will be happy to accept cancellation during 24 hours from the moment of the booking.
