These modern semi-detached villas are ideal for large or extended families, spread over three floors each villa has its own private pool, 3 huge sunny terraces and private garden.
We are happy to offer you to choose one of 5 villas we have in this complex. Each villa has 2 spacious living rooms with satellite TV, 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and oven, separate laundry rooms and play area with tennis table or table hockey. There is also a private garage on each villa so you can rent a car during your stay.
Location: El Duque, Costa Adeje, Tenerife
The location is just perfect – though being very quite, this complex is situated just in the heart of Del Duque area – next to the best 5 star hotels, designer shopping malls, high quality restaurants and bars on the seafront and is just 5 minutes away from the best sandy Playa del Duque and Fanabe beaches. In front of the complex there is Plaza del Duque shopping center which offers everything from designers shops to food supermarket to get everyday provision, so you don’t even need a car!
The sea promenade begins just 100 m away from your villa and leads to Playa Fanabe, Las Americas and Los Cristianos with all the bars, restaurants, children entertainment and nightlife. You can also easily get to famous fishing village La Caleta with delicious restaurants offering local fish and seafood.

There is a large variety of SPA, gyms and tennis and paddle courts.
Closest Costa Adeje golf course is only 5 min drive.
Airport:
Tenerife Sur airport is 15-20 min away.
